We’re excited to tell you that Crystal Run Health Plans Medicaid and Essential Plan members will be transferred to Healthfirst PHSP effective September 1, 2019. Like Crystal Run Health Plans, Healthfirst is a health plan dedicated to creating healthier communities and expanding access to excellent health care. All of the benefits you receive from Crystal Run Health Plans will remain the same with Healthfirst.  You will receive a new member ID card and other materials from Healthfirst.
